He spearheaded the 1st GDR issue from Eastern India in the year 1994 and has executed various FCCB issues for several entities between 2005-2010. He handled the acquisition of Domestic & Foreign Companies by Indian acquirer. and spearheaded PE worth 150 Mn Dollars Also, he has Closed Debt of more than 1000 crores till date on behalf of leading Corporate Houses and has advised on Audit and Taxation related matters to various corporates.
